When exactly am I charged?
€0.50 when you start the 48-hour trial, then €39.90 when the trial ends, and €39.90 every month after that until you cancel.
Does cancelling stop the next payment?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect immediately and no further payment is taken. You keep access until the end of the period already paid.
I was charged after I meant to cancel. What now?
Email [email protected] from the address used at signup. We check your account and get back to you quickly.
Will I get a confirmation?
Yes, on screen and by email, right after you submit the form.
